Greetings everyone! Summer Camps Registrations are open!
Spirituality and the Arts and Art FUSION (Grade 4-12)
Art Camp is June 24-28 from 9am – 2:30 pm and for kids grade 4-12.
Vacation Bible School
Seeking Help VBS is July 15-18 and we are looking for people to work in our classrooms! Camp is 4 days long and runs from 9am – noon. We provide leader’s guides, classroom materials and lots of support and companionship. Email Susie at firstname.lastname@example.org to learn more about how much fun you can have with us this summer at camp!
If you sign up as a teaching partner and you have children too young to participate, we will have childcare free of charge while you are in camp! Also, your child attends camp at no charge. If you are interested in joining us for the fun of teaching, please let me know and I’ll provide you with the coupon code. It’s fun, easy and a great time to get to know kids and families in our parish.
This year, camp is running Monday through Thursday. Many families enjoy long weekends together starting Friday so we adapted our camp week to accommodate that. Additionally, the church has subsidized the camp cost considerably over the years. This year, you’ll notice an increase of $15 per camper for the week. This costs out to under $6 per hour for the entire 4 days of camp! We love giving your kids a great camp experience and we look forward to doing that this July!

As a reminder, this link registers you with Christ Church and includes a discounted group rate plus our bus transportation. If you register as an independent camper via the general Tilikum website, you will see a different rate and there is no bus transportation provided. If you have friends who wish to attend with us, please feel free to share this link with them. We welcome kids whether they are parish members or not! As we get closer to our camp week, all registrants will receive information from me regarding the daily departure to camp and the return to Lake Oswego each day as well as expectations of safe behaviors on the bus.
We do have a limited number of spots for both Day Camp and Quest Camp so I suggest you register right away. If you need to break your fee up into more than one payment, that option is available. I look forward to seeing your kids return to camp!
