Volunteer Opportunities at the
William Temple House Thrift Store!!!
individuals and Small groups (up to 6 people) can volunteer to assist Thrift Store shoppers and donors and help us get donations to the sales floor. We’re hoping to identify individuals that can commit to a regular (weekly, bi-monthly, monthly) volunteer shift of 2+ hours, helping with one of the specific duties listed below.
New Volunteer positions include:
• Loading Dock and Donation Intake Volunteer
• Clothing Sorter and Hanger
• Shoes & Accessories Volunteer
• Linens Volunteer
• Clothing Sales Floor Volunteer
• Book Volunteer
• Electronics volunteer
All profits support our mental health counseling, emergency social services, and
spiritual care programs. Plus, all regular William Temple House volunteers
receive a 20% discount at our Thrift Store!
Hours/shifts: Volunteer shifts take place during Thrift Store hours, Monday
to Saturday llam-7pm, Sunday llam-6pm.
Scheduling is flexible, 2+ hour shifts preferred.
